SAGINAW, Mich. - Starting at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) crews will implement temporary intermittent lane closures on I-75 in each direction between Dixie Highway and Birch Run Road in Saginaw County to remove temporary rumble strips. These rumble strips were originally placed to allow for lane closures during a recent $10.1 million investment to improve five bridges along this portion of I-75.
Crews will begin working on the northbound side before moving to the southbound side. Work is expected to be completed by 3 p.m. that afternoon.
