Lane, ramp and total closures will be in effect throughout the project. Traffic will be detoured using US-31 Business Route (S. Pere Marquette Highway). Temporary all-way stops will be used at the northbound US-31 exit 166 to S. Pere Marquette Highway and at the Oceana Drive/Frontage Road intersection with S. Pere Marquette Highway.
