About this project
MDOT is rebuilding 1.4 miles of M-21 from Morton Street to Scott Road in St. Johns.
This project will include:
- Pavement reconstruction
- Sidewalk and sidewalk ramp improvements
- Signal work
- City utility work
- A roundabout at the Scott Road intersection
