About this project

MDOT is rebuilding 1.4 miles of M-21 from Morton Street to Scott Road in St. Johns.

This project will include:

  • Pavement reconstruction
  • Sidewalk and sidewalk ramp improvements
  • Signal work
  • City utility work
  • A roundabout at the Scott Road intersection
