About this project

MDOT is investing approximately $4.6 million to rebuild 2.7 miles of the M-44 connector (Plainfield Avenue) from I-96 to Airway Street. The project also includes resurfacing the ramps at the I-96/Plainfield Avenue interchange, landscaping, sidewalk improvements, and median additions in partnership with Plainfield Township.
