MDOT is repaving 1.2 miles of M-78 (Capital Avenue/Main Street) from 500 feet south of Sharkey Street to the Battle Creek River through Bellevue.
Work will include removing and replacing the existing pavement, replacing existing sidewalks and addressing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades, and installing new school speed zone signs. Due to limited project budget and timeframe, an extended construction detour will be required.
