This project involves studying the M-46 corridor between Outer Drive and the Tittabawassee River in Buena Vista Township, the city of Saginaw, and Saginaw Township. The study will identify existing and future issues along the corridor and evaluate solutions to enhance mobility for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit, and vehicles.
