Key project partners: MUVE, Western-Washtenaw Area Value Express

Description: Implement an end-to-end dispatch system and ride-hailing platform, targeted at accessibility and universal design. This is a continuation of the project that was started in the Upper Peninsula (MDOT - MUVE U.P. (michigan.gov)).

Award amount: $345,988. This includes $20,988 in funding carried over from the MUVE U.P. project, plus and additional $325,000 from MDOT and MEDC.

Current status: Phase 1, which includes change management and driver and dispatch training to move to the new software program, has been completed.
