Information: Delta Area Transit Authority (DATA) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for equipment and facilities to be supplied and installed by vendor at DATA, 2901 27th Avenue N, Escanaba, Michigan. The work will generally consist of facilities for the storage and distribution of liquid propane. The work shall generally conform to this proposal, which was developed from information provided by DATA. Vendor’s proposal shall be developed on a material, engineering, installation and supervision basis, the whole to cover a completely integrated/turn-key operating unit as described in the RFP. All equipment supplied by vendor is to be new. Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA)
RFP: Audit Service BATA_10_2026

Information: The Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA) is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) for qualified, licensed and independent certified public accountants to submit proposals to enter a contract to perform financial audits for three fiscal years ending Sept. 30, 2026, 2027 and 2028 with option years for 2029 and 2030. All electronic submissions of proposals must be submitted by the deadline to info@bata.net with the title of the email referencing “RFP# BATA_10_2026”. Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered.
