MDOT Office of Economic Development is no longer accepting applications for the FY 2026 Community Service Infrastructure Fund (CSIF), commonly referred to as TEDF Category B. TEDF Category B has ended.
The Community Service Infrastructure Fund (CSIF), commonly referred to as TEDF Category B was designed as a stop gap measure to provide additional road funding to the smallest communities in Michigan, particularly those with limited ability to fund road projects. The 2023 supplemental appropriation allowed the continuation of the annual program for several grant cycles. The appropriation was fully awarded in Oct. 2025. No additional application cycles will be implemented.
