Funding for the Community Service Infrastructure Fund (CSIF), commonly referred to as TEDF Category B, has lapsed and the program is inactive.
The Community Service Infrastructure Fund (CSIF), commonly referred to as TEDF Category B, was designed as a stop gap measure to provide additional road funding to the smallest communities in Michigan, particularly those with limited ability to fund road projects. The 2023 supplemental appropriation allowed the continuation of the annual program for several grant cycles. The appropriation was fully awarded in October 2025. No additional application cycles will be implemented.
