The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is inviting the public to attend an open house to learn more about a corridor improvement study along M-13 (Washington Avenue) and M-81 in the city of Saginaw and Buena Vista Township. MDOT is offering an in-person open house where attendees can view informational displays, ask questions and provide feedback on safety ideas and concerns.

Accessibility:
Attendees who require mobility, visual, hearing, written, or other assistance for effective participation should contact Orlando Curry at 517-241-7462 or CurryO@Michigan.gov, preferably at least five business days prior to the scheduled meeting. Forms are located on the Title VI webpage. Requests made after this timeframe will be evaluated and honored to the extent possible.

Project information:
MDOT is implementing a corridor study for M-13/M-81 (Washington Avenue) in the city of Saginaw and Buena Vista Township to analyze existing conditions and explore alternative roadway configurations to improve safety and function for all modes of transportation.

The planned project extends from I-75 in Buena Vista Township south to Hess Avenue in the city of Saginaw. The project will also include M-81 from M-13 in the city of Saginaw east to Outer Drive in Buena Vista Township.
