I-69 ramp closures beginning Oct. 31 in Lapeer County

DAVISON, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close the off and on ramps at westbound I-69 off and on ramps at Wilder Road for paving work.

This work is part of an overall $54.5 million investment to rebuild more than 7 miles of I-69 from M-24 to Lake George Road. In 2022, crews rebuilt the westbound lanes of I-69. This year, crews addressed the eastbound lanes of I-69 and are currently rebuilding the Five Lakes Rest Area.

Traffic restrictions:
Both the westbound I-69 off and on ramps at Wilder Road will be closed so crews can correct deficiencies in the pavement. The right lane of westbound I-69 will be closed at the interchange.
