LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will begin traffic signal upgrades at the following intersections of M-106 (Cooper Street) in Jackson:
M-106 (Cooper Street) at Parnall Road
M-106 (Cooper Street) at Francis Road/Leroy Road
I-94 Business Loop (BL) at M-106 (Cooper Street)
US-127 Business Route (BR) at Washington Street
