LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a permit to the City of East Lansing for utility work on M-43 (Grand River Avenue) between Cedar Street and Spartan Avenue in East Lansing starting May 26.

Traffic restrictions:
