Public open house for this year's US-127 rebuilding project in Ingham County
LANSING, Mich. - MDOT invites the public to attend an open house to learn more about this year's planned improvements on US-127 from south of Lake Lansing Road to I-69 in Lansing and East Lansing, Ingham County. MDOT staff will be available to answer questions.
Accessibility:
Attendees who require mobility, visual, hearing, written, or other assistance for effective participation should contact Orlando Curry at 517-241-7462 or CurryO@Michigan.gov, preferably at least five business days prior to the scheduled meeting. Forms are located on the Title VI webpage. Requests made after this timeframe will be evaluated and honored to the extent possible.
Background:
MDOT will be rebuilding US-127 from south of Lake Lansing Road north to I-69 to improve roadway geometrics, safety and vehicular movement. Work will include pavement repairs using concrete rubblization with an asphalt overlay, bridges improvements, and upgraded drainage, signs, intelligent transportation systems and pavement markings.
