MDOT public meeting July 28 to discuss M-46 corridor study in Saginaw County

Saginaw, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting a public meeting to discuss the current M-46 corridor study in Saginaw County. During this meeting, a brief presentation will share the project introduction and overview, review current conditions, and discuss various alternatives currently being considered for the corridor.
This project is currently studying M-46 between Outer Drive and the Tittabawassee River in Buena Vista Township, the city of Saginaw, and Saginaw Township. The study will identify existing and future issues along the corridor, and evaluate solutions to enhance mobility for vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists, and public transit.

Public comment:
MDOT is seeking input for potential improvements along the M-46 corridor to best meet the needs of all residents, commuters, and businesses or property owners. Comments and input can be submitted by mail, online comment form, e-mail, or phone. Public comments will also be recorded at the meeting.
