MARSHALL, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and contractor Lakeland Asphalt Corp. will begin resurfacing I-94 Business Loop (BL) (East Michigan Avenue) between the Amtrak rail and Wattles Road.
The $953,000 investment involves asphalt milling and resurfacing, sidewalk ramp upgrades and pavement markings.
