M-57 sign improvements in Saginaw County start July 31

BAY CITY, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $269,196 in sign improvements along nearly 23 miles of the M-57 corridor from the west Saginaw County line to M-13 in Saginaw County.

Traffic will be maintained with shoulder closures.
MDOT regularly replaces signs along highways as part of a 100 percent federally funded statewide program, on a rotation about every 15 years. This is to ensure these signs are visible both day and night and meet federal standards.
