Westbound I-69 traffic shift, ramp closures ending Oct. 23 in St. Clair County

SAGINAW, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will begin shifting traffic back to the westbound lanes and reopening ramps on I-69 from Taylor Road to M-19 in St. Clair County on Monday, Oct. 23.
This work is part of a $27 million investment to resurface 9.6 miles of westbound I-69. Work includes culvert replacements, concrete curb and gutter, sewer and drainage improvements, and new signs and pavement markings.

Traffic restrictions:
Crews will shift traffic back onto the westbound lanes on Monday, Oct. 23. One eastbound and westbound lane will remain open.
The westbound entrance ramp from Taylor Road and the westbound entrance and exit ramps from Wales Center Road will be reopened to traffic on Friday as well.
This work is weather-dependent.
