I-94 lane closures in Jackson Wednesday and Thursday for rebuilding
March 05, 2024
LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close one lane in each direction of I-94 from M-60 to Sandstone Road for rebuilding.
This work is part of the multi-year $162 million I-94 road and bridge rebuilding project in Jackson County, made possible by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's Rebuilding Michigan program to rebuild the state highways and bridges that are critical to the state's economy and carry the most traffic. The investment strategy is aimed at fixes that result in longer useful lives and improves the condition of the state's infrastructure.
