M-20 project in Mt. Pleasant resumes March 18

MT. PLEASANT, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing approximately $18.9 million to improve M-20 from US-127 to Mission Street. The second phase of the project will begin on March 18. During the 2023 construction season, crews addressed the M-20 corridor east from Packard Road to west of US-127. The 2024 phase of this project includes pavement, storm sewer, and sidewalk improvements as well as pump station and bridge improvement work on M-20 from Packard Road to Mission Street.
