Traffic signal improvements begin March 18 in multiple counties

SAGINAW, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $1.6 million to modernize traffic signals on various routes at multiple intersections in Gratiot, Shiawassee, Tuscola, Bay, and Saginaw counties.
