LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the City of Jackson will replace the water main on I-94 Business Loop (BL) (Michigan Avenue/Glick Highway) between Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and Waterloo Avenue, and on M-106 (Cooper Street) between I-94 BL and Pearl Street in Jackson beginning Monday.
