Advanced bridges

The advanced bridges included as part of the I‑94 modernization project were selected based on their structural condition at the time of evaluation and their role in supporting mobility within surrounding neighborhoods.

The map illustrates the full I‑94 project limits, identifies advanced bridges that have already been rebuilt and will remain in place, and highlights bridges that were permanently or temporarily removed due to their condition. The accompanying table lists all I‑94 advanced bridges, including their locations and the year each bridge opened to traffic following reconstruction or, where applicable, after removal.
