US-23 repaving in Alpena, Alcona counties starts Sept. 9

ALPENA, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $3.8 million to resurface 12.2 miles of US-23 from south of Island Drive in Alpena County to south of Hubert Road in northern Alcona County.
