MUNISING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is upgrading sidewalk ramps and crosswalks at the M-28/Maple Street intersection in Munising, Alger County. Work is expected to begin Friday, Sept. 20, and be completed Friday, Sept. 27.
Motorists should expect one lane open in each direction on M-28 with lane closures and traffic shifts.
This work will increase pedestrian safety in the area.
