M-13 (Huron Road) culvert replacement starts Oct. 7 in Bay County

BAY CITY, Mich. - Starting Oct. 7, the Michigan Department of Transportation will close southbound M-13 from Whitefeather Road to Cody Estey Road in Bay County to replace the culvert. Work is being completed by the Bay County Road Commission.
