LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a permit to DTE for utility work on eastbound and westbound I-96 at Grand River Avenue in Brighton. Originally scheduled to take place April 26, utility delays forced the work to be rescheduled to early Friday morning, May 2.
