MDOT meeting Oct. 9 to discuss 2026 M-35 Warner Creek project

ISHPEMING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) invites the public to a meeting to discuss the planned 2026 culvert project and detour on M-35 over Warner Creek north of Palmer in Marquette County. There will be a brief presentation followed by a question-and-answer session.

Project information:
MDOT plans to invest about $3.6 million to build a box culvert on M-35 over Warner Creek north of Palmer. Work will take place during summer 2026. Traffic will be detoured during construction, and work will be expedited.
