LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is repaving 1.2 miles of M-78 (Capital Avenue/Main Street) from Sharkey Street to the Battle Creek River through Bellevue. Work will include removing and replacing the existing pavement, replacing existing sidewalks and addressing Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades.
