Day 3: Swim Assessment No. 1

Record all training scores today.

Warmup:

4 rounds of:

  • 50 m swim – use the same stroke you will be testing.
  • 5 x push-ups
  • 10 x air squats

Training:

  1. Swim 500 m freestyle.
    • Rest 15 minutes.
  2. Max water tread.
    • Note: Add weight if necessary. Record the weight used.
