Warmup:
4 rounds of:
- 50 m swim – use the same stroke you will be testing.
- 5 x push-ups
- 10 x air squats
Training:
- Swim 500 m freestyle.
- Rest 15 minutes.
- Max water tread.
- Note: Add weight if necessary. Record the weight used.
