Day 30: Swim Assessment No. 2

Record all training scores today.

Warmup:

4 rounds of:

  • 50 m swim – use the same stroke you will be testing
  • 5 x push-ups
  • 10 x air squats

Training:

Swim 500 m freestyle

Rest 15 minutes.

Max water tread

Note: If additional weight was added for the initial assessment, perform this test with the same weight.
