Warmup:

As needed.

Training:

  1. Max push-ups in 2 minutes (Goal = 100+)
    • Rest 5 minutes.
  2. Max sit-ups in 2 minutes (Goal = 100+)
    • Rest 5 minutes.
  3. Max pull-ups (Goal = 20+)
    • Rest 5 minutes.
  4. Max time in front plank (Goal = 5 minutes +)
