Training:
- Max push-ups in 2 minutes (Goal = 100+)
- Rest 5 minutes.
- Max sit-ups in 2 minutes (Goal = 100+)
- Rest 5 minutes.
- Max pull-ups (Goal = 20+)
- Rest 5 minutes.
- Max time in front plank (Goal = 5 minutes +)
