Day 36: Water Confidence Evaluation

Warmup:

  • 100 m freestyle
  • 50 m arms only
  • 50 m legs only
  • 100 m freestyle

Training:

  1. 5 rounds of:
    • 50 m freestyle sprint
    • 15 sec. rest
  2. 5 rounds of:
    • 100 m freestyle sprint
    • 40 sec. rest
  3. 40 minutes of continuous swimming
  4. Treading water:
    • 5 minutes continuous with 5 lbs. plate and hands out of the water


Note: The goal is completion as prescribed.
