Day 36: Water Confidence Evaluation
Warmup:
- 100 m freestyle
- 50 m arms only
- 50 m legs only
- 100 m freestyle
Training:
- 5 rounds of:
- 50 m freestyle sprint
- 15 sec. rest
- 5 rounds of:
- 100 m freestyle sprint
- 40 sec. rest
- 40 minutes of continuous swimming
- Treading water:
- 5 minutes continuous with 5 lbs. plate and hands out of the water
Note: The goal is completion as prescribed.
