Warmup:

- Hamstring stretch
Training:
- With a 25 lbs. weight vest, perform the following:
- 50 x step ups (20” step)
- 10 x Thrusters (65 lbs.)
- 40 x step ups
- 8 x Thrusters
- 30 x step ups
- 6 x Thrusters
- 20 x step ups
- 4 x Thrusters
- 10 x step ups
- 2 x Thrusters
- 4 rounds of:
- 10 x weighted sit-ups (45 lbs.)
- 30 sec. side plank left
- 30 sec. side plank right
