Day 10: Work Capacity

Warmup:

4 rounds with 75 lbs. of:

  • 5 x power clean
  • 5 x front squat
  • 5 x push press
  • Hamstring stretch

Training:

  1. With a 25 lbs. weight vest, perform the following:
    • 50 x step ups (20” step)
    • 10 x Thrusters (65 lbs.)
    • 40 x step ups
    • 8 x Thrusters
    • 30 x step ups
    • 6 x Thrusters
    • 20 x step ups
    • 4 x Thrusters
    • 10 x step ups
    • 2 x Thrusters
  2. 4 rounds of:
    • 10 x weighted sit-ups (45 lbs.)
    • 30 sec. side plank left
    • 30 sec. side plank right
