Training:

  1. 7-mile run
  2. 1 round of:
    • 120 second farmer carry (50 lbs.)
  3. 2 rounds of:
    • 5 x shoulder YTWL (2.5 lbs.)
    • 50 x flutter kicks
    • 25 x supermans
