Overnight intermittent lane closures for M-25 (Veterans Memorial Bridge) cleaning, inspection in Bay City June 10-11

BAY CITY, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will perform an annual cleaning and safety inspection on M-25 (Veterans Memorial Bridge) over the Saginaw River in Bay City.

Traffic restrictions:
Intermittent lane closures will be in place in both directions during the cleaning and safety inspection.
An electrical inspection will also be done overnight starting 8 p.m. June 9 through 4 a.m. June 10. Intermittent bridge closures will take place for test openings at that time.
All work is being done during the overnight hours to minimize impacts on traffic with the ongoing closure of the nearby Lafayette Avenue bridge.
