MDOT open house Oct. 29 for 2026 M-79 (Lawrence Avenue), M-50 (Cochran Avenue) improvements in Eaton County

LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is inviting the public to attend an open house to learn more about the planned 2026 improvements on M-79 (Lawrence Avenue) and M-50) Cochran Avenue in the city of Charlotte, Eaton County.

MDOT is hosting an open house to discuss planned 2026 resurfacing and operational improvement projects on M-79 (Lawrence Avenue)/I-69 Business Loop (BL) from Vanlieu Street to Harris Steet and on M-50 (Cochran Avenue) from Beech Highway to M-79 (Lawrence Avenue)/I-69 BL.
