LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a permit to METC for utility work on I-94 from Lansing Avenue to Cooper Street in Jackson. The work will occur early Sunday morning, March 23, and then the following Sunday morning, March 30.
