Public open house May 29 to discuss proposed sidewalk improvements along M-21 in Shiawassee County

DAVISON, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and Caledonia Township are hosting a public open house to discuss a proposed sidewalk improvement project along M-21 between Gould Street and State Road in Caledonia Township, Shiawassee County. Attendees will be able to view project information and project staff will be on hand to answer questions.

Project information:
Proposed work includes installing a 5-foot-wide sidewalk on both sides of M-21 in Caledonia Township. This project is currently in the design phase with expected construction in summer 2026.
