Children's Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) is a program within the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. It is for children and some adults with special health care needs and their families.
Children’s Special Health Care Services is pleased to share that eligibility for the program has been expanded to age 26. The program is in the process of operationalizing this expansion, and we understand this may prompt many questions.
