MI Bridges Partners
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) recognizes that our volunteer community partners understand their clients' needs and maintain trusted relationships with them. These agencies play a vital role in helping clients access a range of benefits and support. MI Bridges provides technical assistance to these agencies as they support residents through technology access, accepting referrals for community services, and/or offering one‑on‑one support through the application process.
MI Bridges has developed several features specifically for community partners, such as a client directory, the ability to suggest resources to clients, and options for clients to consent to share their case information with their selected Navigator(s).
