Nurse Loan Repayment Program (NLRP) helps non-profit employers recruit and retain nurses by providing loan repayment to those entering NLRP service obligations. NLRP service obligations require participants to provide full-time nursing services in not-for-profit practice sites or nursing instruction at a Michigan School of Nursing for two years.
