Multifamily Building Weatherization
Income-eligible 2-4 units contact your local Weatherization Operator by selecting the county above.
Income-eligible multifamily properties with five or more units that are:
- Subsidized multifamily properties with HUD Project Based subsidies, Public Housing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (“LIHTC”), or USDA-RD.
- Or multifamily properties with a minimum of 66% of their tenants with an income at or below 80% of the AMI or 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
