Division of Child & Adolescent Health
The Division of Child & Adolescent Health (DCAH) provides an array of public health programs, initiatives and interventions aimed at promoting the health and well-being of young children, the K-12 population including adolescents, young adults, and families. Our mission is to work in partnership with stakeholders to develop a seamless continuum of services, education and support for childhood, youth and families that are person-centered, family-focused and community-based.
The DCAH is comprised of six sections, including: Home Visiting, Early Childhood, Adolescent and School Health, Oral Health, and Community Health Innovation and Promotion. Some key programs and initiatives of this Division include:
