CSHCS ALERT #6-2018 - Maximus Helpdesk Outage

Please be advised that due to a power outage in Lansing, the Maximus Helpdesk is down:  This is impacting calls going to the Helpdesk for the following services:

•             Beneficiary Help Line

•             Michigan Enrolls

•             MIChild

•             CSHCS

•             Michigan Healthcare Help Line

•             Phone Application Line

•             MI Bridges Support Help Desk

•             Atypical Line

•             Provider Support Line

•             MiRx line

•             Customer Support Call Center

The power went out about 12:15 today and is expected to be out until this evening.  Due to no power in the building, the Helpdesk has closed for the day.  We will update you again IF power is not restored by the morning.
