Freedom To Work (FTW) is a program for disabled adults aged 16 through 64 years old with earned income. MDHHS determines eligibility for this program. Beneficiaries eligible for the Freedom to Work Program:
- Must meet non-financial and financial factors to qualify
- Must be disabled according to the Social Security Administration disability standards
- Must be employed on a regular basis
- Cannot be above 250% FPL
- May be required to pay a monthly premium
