Disrupting Internalized Ableism and Mental Health Stigma

MDRC's Leaders for Inclusion (LFI) Team will explore session the LFI team will educate people about ableism and mental health, emphasizing the harmful effects of stigma. Staff will share their stories, highlighting personal experiences with mental health and disability to foster empathy and understanding. This virtual session will be interactive and engaging, giving participants time to practice disrupting internalized ableism using real-life scenarios.
