Charting the LifeCourse
People with I/DD have the right to pursue their dreams like any other person in their community. Charting the LifeCourse is a tool created to help individuals and families of all ages and all abilities. The tool can be used in the planning process to support individuals to achieve their vision for a good life.
Community of Practice
Michigan's Community of Practice (CoP) is led by agencies throughout the state to develop systems of support for people with I/DD and their families. Michigan's CoP provides support and opportunities for shared learning to assist people with I/DD within the context of their families and communities.
