Focus Population: Medicaid eligible pregnant women who access Kent County Health Department Maternal Infant Health Program’s services (their initiative, Women Supporting Women, was delivered in English for initial cohorts). Cohort #5 of WSW delivered entirely in Spanish. Cohort #6 of WSW delivered in Swahili.
Partners: Kent County Health Department Maternal Infant Health Program (MHIP), North Kent Connect, Secom Resource Center, and Priority Health.
Serves approximately 1300 families per year during pregnancy and for a period after the child is born. Of the 1300 families served.
