ECC is founded on organizational change and involves 4 pillars:

  1. Learning opportunities
    Facilitated workshops geared towards conceptualizing ECC and social justice principles and beginning a pathway to action.
  2. Technical Assistance
    Identify technical assistance needs to support active implementation of an equity and cultural competency lens.
  3. Building the Culture
    Ongoing facilitated events, discussions, and activities geared towards building, reinforcing, and normalizing a culture of equity, cultural competency and inclusion.
  4. Evaluation

Assess increased knowledge and monitor progress. Implement continuous quality improvement.
